New Location, New Services
For the past three years, I have been working toward bringing my vision of Sora to life — from traveling to Japan to train in authentic head spa techniques, to learning about Japanese scalp care traditions, researching products and treatments, and thoughtfully creating every detail of the Sora experience.
Our new home at The Monier in Downtown Tucson is taking a little longer than anticipated to be ready. Because of this, Sora Head Spa will be temporarily closed throughout October, with plans to reopen in November once our new space is complete and ready to welcome you.

Although this wasn’t part of our original timeline, we’ve decided to embrace this time as an opportunity to slow down, prepare, and make Sora everything we've envisioned it could be.
During this time, our team will be focusing on continued education, hands-on training, and refining our techniques so that when you return, you’ll experience a Sora that feels even more intentional, elevated, and true to its Japanese roots.
All active gift cards will automatically receive a 2 month extension to their expiration date due to our October closure.
A Personal Update
I also wanted to share a personal update. I will be beginning my maternity leave in October and plan to return November 27th. When I return, I’ll be working a limited schedule throughout December as I ease back into the spa.
During this time, Sora will continue moving forward with our wonderful team, and I’m so grateful to have them carrying the Sora experience with the same care and intention that I’ve always hoped for.
Thank you for your patience, your support, and for believing in Sora as we grow. What started as a vision three years ago is finally becoming the space and experience I always imagined — and I can’t wait to share it with you!
